The Sil Foundation seeks to help high school students from the Peoples Republic of China and India to pursue their academic goals and become successful in life by providing assistance through a variety of programs including admission counseling, merit scholarships, cultural tours and other activities to enhance their academic and social lives during their stay in the United States.
